Costs Other Than Product Price

  • Shipping fees: Vary depending on destination, weight and shipping method.
  • Payment fees: Handling fees charged by your credit card or payment provider, if any.
  • Import taxes and duties in Singapore and other countries: Goods and Services Tax (GST), customs duties and other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Timing of Payment

For credit card payments, the charge is processed at the time your order is confirmed. The actual debit date depends on your card issuer’s settlement cycle.

Delivery Time

After your order is confirmed, we normally dispatch products from Japan within 5–7 business days.
Because international shipping is involved, the actual delivery time to Singapore may vary depending on flight schedules, customs inspections, weather and other factors.

If you choose to receive your order within Japan, delivery will take approximately 3–5 business days.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within Singapore only. Delivery to certain remote islands or restricted areas may not be available.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our products include chilled and frozen fresh foods such as Hida Beef and other Wagyu products. Due to the nature of perishable food products and food safety considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to customer convenience (e.g. wrong product choice, change of mind, absence at delivery, incorrect address provided).

However, if you receive:

  • a product different from what you ordered,
  • a clearly damaged or severely defective product, or
  • a significantly incorrect quantity,

please contact us within 1 days of delivery, with photos showing the product and packaging. After reviewing the situation, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that the following cases are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds:

  • Problems caused after delivery due to improper storage, delayed freezing or mishandling by the customer
  • Thawing or cooking mistakes, or quality deterioration resulting from such handling
  • Natural variations in marbling (fat distribution), colour or appearance that do not affect product quality
  • Contact made more than 2 days after product delivery

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, we promptly begin cutting, packing and export preparation. Therefore, we generally do not accept order cancellations for customer convenience.

If you have unavoidable circumstances and wish to cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on the progress of preparation and shipping, we may:

  • deduct actual costs incurred (processing, packaging, materials, shipping, bank or payment fees) from the refund amount, or
  • be unable to accept the cancellation if shipment preparation is already advanced or completed.

Limitations on Order Quantity

Due to regulations on personal import of meat products to Singapore and other countries (including possible weight limits), we may restrict the quantity or total weight that can be ordered in a single shipment. Details may change in line with regulatory requirements.
