Products and Information

We specialise in premium Wagyu (including Hida Beef) and other food products. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, availability and prices, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may differ.

Orders and Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email or when we dispatch the products to you, whichever occurs first.

Prices, Taxes and Charges

We ship products from Japan to Singapore and other designated destinations. You are responsible for ensuring that the import of our products into your country complies with local laws and regulations.

If customs authorities or regulators seize, destroy or reject the products due to reasons not attributable to us (for example, incorrect information provided by you, failure to comply with local requirements), we are not liable for any loss unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier. Title to the products passes to you when we receive full payment of the purchase price and all related charges.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy is limited. Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
